Studio Policies

We are a scent-free studio. Please refrain from wearing perfumes and scented lotions/oils. Several instructors and clients are highly sensitive and/or allergic to scents, and lotions/oils can prematurely degrade upholstery and other components of the studio equipment.

Grip socks are required to be worn for all reformer and mat Pilates sessions. You may bring your own or purchase a pair in the studio.

BOOKINGS:

New clients who have never used a reformer must take at least one Intro to Reformer class or appointment prior to joining other reformer classes. Fitness and Mat classes do not have a prerequisite.

  • All sessions require pre-booking online. We do not accept walk ins.

  • Refunds are not given once the payment has processed unless due to an error on our part.

  • If we are unable to charge your card on file, the charge will be billed to your account. You will then have a balance due and further booking will be blocked until your account is brought current. You will receive a notification (based on your settings) if this occurs.

  • Clients must be age 13 or older, due to insurance requirements.

  • Classes must be booked at least 2 hours prior to the start of the class.

  • Appointments must be requested at least 24 hours prior to the start of the appointment and require acceptance by the instructor.

  • All sessions can be booked up to 2 weeks prior to the start of the session.

CANCELLATION POLICIES:

  • You may cancel a class without penalty up to 6 hours prior to the start of the class.

  • You may cancel an appointment without penalty up to 12 hours prior to the start of the appointment.

  • Cancellations must be made via your Wellness Living account. Notification via call, message, or email does not guarantee cancellation.

The industry standard for cancellations is typically 24 hours. We have intentionally set our policies to be as accommodating as possible for most situations and for the benefit of the client and the instructors. Each instructor reserves the right to enforce the cancellation policy at their own discretion.

Late Cancel:

A Late Cancel is when you reserve a class or appointment time but cancel less than the time allowed prior to the start of the session.

  • The Late Cancel Fee for Passes is one session pass.

  • The Late Cancel Fee for Memberships varies based on the Membership type; refer to the Membership Contract.

Clients who habitually Late Cancel may have account restrictions placed for future bookings.

No Show:

A No Show is when you reserve a class or appointment time but do not cancel and do not attend.

  • The No Show Fee for Passes is one session pass plus $20 (reformer) or $10 (fitness).

  • The No Show Fee for Memberships varies based on the Membership type; refer to the Membership Contract.

No Shows are not tolerated. Clients who have 2 or more lifetime No Shows will have their account blocked from future bookings.

WAITLIST:

Classes are booked on a first come first served basis. If a class listing is full, you can join the waitlist unpaid and will be notified in the order you joined if a spot opens, up to 1 hour prior to the start of the class. A notification will be sent (based on your settings) if you are promoted into a class; cancellation is required if no longer able to attend. If promoted, you are automatically charged one session from a pass or membership or the single class rate.

If you join the waitlist for an early morning class you may be promoted in the middle of the night. If you know before you go to bed that there is a chance you will not able to attend, please remove yourself from the waitlist.
