Policies

Grip socks are required to be worn for all sessions. You may bring your own or purchase a pair in the studio.

Please refrain from wearing perfumes and scented lotions/oils. Several instructors and clients are highly sensitive to scents, and lotions/oils can prematurely degrade upholstery and other components of the studio equipment.

Bookings:

All sessions require pre-booking online. We do not accept walk ins.

Clients must be age 13 or older.

Classes must be booked at least 2 hours prior to the start of the class.

Appointments must be booked at least 24 hours prior to the start of the appointment.

All sessions can be booked up to 1 month prior to the start of the session.

New clients who have never used a reformer must take at least one Intro to Pilates prior to joining other classes.

Cancellation Policies:

Clients may cancel a class up to 6 hours prior to the start of the class without penalty.

Clients may cancel an appointment up to 12 hours prior to the start of the appointment without penalty.

Cancellations can be made via the client’s account or directly with the instructor.

Each instructor reserves the right to enforce the cancellation policy at their own discretion.

Late Cancel:

A Late Cancel is when a client reserves a class or appointment time but cancels (via their account or directly with the instructor) less than the time allowed prior to the start of the session.

The Late Cancel Fee is one session pass.
The Late Cancel Fee for 2 or more late cancels is one session pass PLUS half the session rate.

Clients who have 3 or more Late Cancels may have account restrictions placed for future bookings.

No Show:

A No Show is when a client reserves a class or appointment time but does not attend and does not cancel at all (early, late, or otherwise, via their account or directly with the instructor).

The No Show Fee is one session pass PLUS the full session rate.

Clients who have 2 or more lifetime No Shows will have their account blocked from future bookings.

Waitlist:

Classes are booked on a first come first served basis. If a class listing is full, a client can join the waitlist unpaid and will be notified in the order they joined if a spot opens, up to 1 hour prior to the start of the class.

If promoted, the client is automatically charged the single class rate or one session pass if a pass has been purchased.
