Reformer & fitness Classes
-
This foundational class is designed specifically for clients who have never used a reformer. You'll learn essential reformer mechanics, safety protocols, and proper form before joining our regular reformer classes.
This Class Is: A thorough introduction to reformer equipment, Pilates fundamentals, and basic exercises. Slower-paced with extensive instructor guidance and individual attention. You'll learn proper form and safety before progressing to regular classes.
This Class Is Not: A full workout or typical Pilates class. This is educational and foundational—expect learning over intensity.
After This Class: You'll be ready to join other reformer classes on our schedule with confidence and proper technique.
-
This Class Is: A progression from Intro to Reformer that builds confidence and refines technique. Expect slightly more complex movement patterns and transitions while maintaining detailed instruction and a supportive pace. This class bridges the gap between learning basics and developing a consistent reformer practice.
This Class Is Not: Fast-paced or advanced. We prioritize proper form and understanding over speed or difficulty. You'll still receive plenty of guidance and individual corrections.
Perfect For: Clients who have completed Intro to Reformer and want continued foundational work before advancing to mixed-level classes.
-
This Class Is: A precision-focused class that explores fundamental Pilates movements through the lens of alignment, breath, and body awareness. Expect detailed instruction on how small adjustments in posture and positioning can transform your practice. This class emphasizes quality, refinement, and discovering what works best for YOUR body.
This Class Is Not: A fast-paced workout or advanced choreography. This is about mastering fundamentals, not performing complex sequences. Speed takes a backseat to understanding and precision.
Perfect For: Anyone seeking deeper understanding of Pilates fundamentals, those wanting individualized attention to form, pre/post-natal clients, and practitioners working with physical considerations or injuries.
-
This Class Is: Our most popular reformer class—and for good reason. Mixed Levels strikes the perfect balance between challenge and capability, offering athletic pacing with intelligent modifications. This is where most clients find their sweet spot: familiar enough to feel confident, challenging enough to keep progressing. Expect fluid transitions, dynamic movement sequences, and precision-focused exercises that build strength, flexibility, and overall fitness.
This Class Is Not: A beginner-only or advanced-only experience. This class welcomes the widest range of abilities because modifications are seamlessly integrated. You won't be left behind, nor will you plateau—there's always a next level within each exercise.
Why Clients Stay Here (And That's Great!): Most clients spend the majority of their reformer practice in Mixed Levels—not because they can't advance, but because this class offers the optimal balance of challenge, variety, and confidence-building. You'll continue progressing, strengthening, and refining your practice here for as long as it serves you. There's no rush to move up; mastery at this level creates a strong foundation for everything else.
Perfect For: Clients with reformer experience seeking an athletic, well-rounded practice; those who've completed Beginner Reformer or equivalent; anyone looking for the ideal balance of challenge, variety, and progression; and practitioners building confidence before advancing to Intermediate/Advanced levels.

This Class Is: A mat-based Pilates class that incorporates the Fuse Ladder apparatus—a wall-mounted ladder with adjustable springs that adds resistance and support to traditional mat exercises. This class blends the precision of Pilates with the unique challenge of spring resistance, creating a full-body workout that emphasizes control, alignment, and mindful movement. The ladder provides stability for balance work while the springs add variable resistance to deepen the challenge.
This Class Is Not: A reformer class or high-intensity workout. While the springs provide resistance, the focus remains on controlled, precise movement and proper form rather than speed or power. This is not floor-based mat Pilates—you'll be working primarily on the ladder apparatus.
Perfect For: All levels—from complete beginners to experienced Pilates practitioners; those seeking variety in their Pilates practice; clients wanting upper body focus with core integration; anyone interested in apparatus work beyond the reformer; and practitioners looking to complement mat or reformer classes with something new.
-
This Class Is: An athletic, dynamic class for experienced practitioners who have mastered foundational reformer work and are ready for complex choreography, faster pacing, and advanced variations. Expect minimal breaks, flowing sequences, and exercises that build up to—and include—Advanced level work. This class challenges strength, endurance, flexibility, balance, and precision simultaneously. Must be able to safely and confidently balance in kneeling and standing positions while on a moving reformer carriage.
This Class Is Not: Appropriate for clients still building confidence, requiring frequent modifications, or needing regular form corrections. This is not a teaching class—it's a practice class for those with solid technique and body awareness.
Perfect For: Experienced Pilates practitioners with consistent Mixed Levels practice (20+ classes recommended); clients seeking high-intensity, flowing reformer work; those ready to bridge into Advanced level exercises; and practitioners confident in their technique, balance, and endurance.
Not Ready Yet? That's completely okay! Mixed Levels continues to offer challenge and progression. When Intermediate feels accessible rather than overwhelming, you'll know you're ready.
Studio Permission Required: Before booking your first Intermediate class, please speak with an instructor or studio owner to ensure you're ready for this level. This helps ensure your safety and the flow of the class for all participants.

This Class Is: A foundational mat-based Pilates practice that uses body weight, gravity, and small props (resistance bands, light weights, balls) to build core strength, flexibility, and total-body conditioning. You'll move through a thoughtfully sequenced series of controlled exercises designed to engage deep stabilizing muscles, improve posture, enhance body awareness, and develop the mind-body connection that defines Pilates. True to the "all levels" promise, modifications and progressions are offered for every exercise.
This Class Is Not: High-impact cardio or fast-paced fitness. Mat Pilates emphasizes quality over quantity, precision over speed, and control over power. It's also not reformer Pilates—you won't use any large apparatus, just your mat, your body, and small props.
Perfect For: True beginners to Pilates; those seeking low-impact strength training; experienced practitioners wanting to refine fundamentals; anyone seeking mind-body connection; those preferring equipment-free workouts; and practitioners complementing other fitness activities.
-
This Class Is: A contemporary mat Pilates practice performed in a heated environment that combines controlled Pilates exercises with flowing sequences designed to sculpt, tone, and lengthen muscles. The heat enhances flexibility, promotes detoxification through sweating, and adds cardiovascular challenge to traditional mat work. You'll move through body weight exercises and small prop work while managing the unique demands of practicing in warmth—expect the familiar Pilates burn amplified by heat.
This Class Is Not: Traditional room-temperature mat Pilates or hot yoga. This is Pilates methodology (core-focused, controlled movement) performed in heat—not flow-based yoga practice. It's also not gentle—the heat makes every movement more challenging and increases cardiovascular demand.
Perfect For: Heat-lovers seeking Pilates with extra challenge; those wanting enhanced flexibility and detoxification; clients with solid cardiovascular fitness; practitioners comfortable with intense sweating; anyone seeking mental toughness training; and those who love mat Pilates but want it amplified by environmental intensity.
-
This Class Is: A high-energy, core-focused workout that targets your entire abdominal region through dynamic, exercises. Instead of endless floor crunches, you'll sculpt and strengthen your core through standing movements, oblique work, rotational exercises, and functional patterns—all set to motivating music with an energetic vibe. This class proves you can build serious core strength without only lying on the floor, while improving balance, posture, and overall body confidence.
This Class Is Not: Just traditional floor-based ab work or slow Pilates core training. While incredibly effective, Ab Sculpt takes a different approach—standing, moving, and engaging your core through dynamic, athletic exercises. It's also not easy despite being fun—your abs will burn!
Perfect For: Those seeking effective ab work without excessive floor exercises; clients with neck or back issues from traditional crunches; anyone wanting functional, standing core strength; people who love high-energy group fitness; those seeking improved posture and balance; practitioners bored with traditional ab workouts; and anyone ready to have fun while building serious core strength.
-
This Class Is: An energetic, center-floor barre class that ditches the ballet barre for choreographed, music-driven sequences combining strength training with flowing movement. Using light weights, resistance bands, sliders, and other equipment, you'll move through full-body sculpting sequences set to empowering playlists. Expect more dynamic movement, heavier resistance, and faster transitions than traditional Barre Fitness—this is where barre meets strength training with an athletic edge.
This Class Is Not: Traditional ballet barre work or slow, isolated movements. While precision still matters, this class emphasizes flowing choreography, rhythm, and dynamic strength over static holds. It's also not a dance class—you follow along with strength-based sequences, not complex choreography.
Perfect For: Those seeking dynamic, music-driven workouts; clients wanting strength training without heavy weights; practitioners who love empowering playlists; anyone seeking full-body sculpting with cardio benefits; those who enjoy choreographed fitness formats; and clients ready for more athletic, flowing movement than traditional barre.

This Class Is: A targeted lower body workout that focuses specifically on building strong, sculpted glutes through a variety of resistance training, bodyweight exercises, and activation drills. Using dumbbells, resistance bands, sliders, and your own body weight, you’ll work through exercises specifically designed to fire up your glute muscles from every angle. Expect squats, lunges, hip thrusts, bridges, single-leg work, and targeted isolation movements—all strategically programmed to build strength, power, and definition in your backside and posterior chain.
This Class Is Not: A full-body workout or cardio-intensive class. While your core and legs will definitely work as supporting muscles, the primary focus is glute development and lower body strength. It’s also not a “toning only” class—expect to build real strength and muscle with progressive resistance.
Perfect For: Anyone wanting to build strong, sculpted glutes; those seeking targeted lower body strength training; clients tired of ineffective “booty workouts”; runners, cyclists, or athletes wanting improved performance; people with desk jobs looking to counteract sitting; anyone recovering from injury and rebuilding hip/glute strength (with clearance); and practitioners ready for focused, results-driven training.
-
This Class Is: An energetic fusion that elevates traditional mat Pilates with functional fitness exercises, cardio intervals, and strength training elements. Expect the core-focused precision of Pilates integrated with dynamic movements, elevated heart rate bursts, and muscle-building work. This class delivers a complete workout that simultaneously builds strength, cardiovascular endurance, and functional stability—Pilates principles meet athletic intensity.
This Class Is Not: Traditional, slow-paced mat Pilates or pure cardio fitness. This class blends methodologies—you'll get Pilates core work AND functional strength AND cardio bursts, not one or the other. It's also not advanced-only; modifications keep it accessible while maintaining challenge.
Perfect For: Clients seeking efficient, comprehensive workouts; those wanting Pilates core focus with added cardio and strength; practitioners who enjoy variety and intensity; anyone looking to build multiple fitness components simultaneously; clients who get bored with single-modality classes; and those ready for athletic challenge with Pilates precision.

This Class Is: A focused strength-building class that uses TRX suspension training as the primary tool, supplemented with bodyweight exercises and dumbbells. The TRX system uses your body weight and gravity as resistance while adding instability that forces deep muscle engagement, improved coordination, and functional strength development. This class emphasizes proper TRX technique, controlled movement, and building strength that translates to real-world activities and daily life.
This Class Is Not: High-speed circuit training or cardio-focused fitness. While your heart rate will elevate, the primary goal is building strength, stability, and mastering TRX technique. It's also not pure strength training with heavy weights—the TRX uses body weight and angles to create resistance and challenge.
Perfect For: Those seeking functional, real-world strength; clients interested in suspension training; practitioners wanting core integration with every exercise; anyone tired of traditional strength equipment; people seeking scalable, bodyweight-based training; those recovering from injury and rebuilding strength; and athletes wanting cross-training that improves stability.
